Committed to swiftly progressing claims

Colette is a Senior Solicitor in the Child Brain Injury team.  She is passionate about acting exclusively for children who have suffered brain injury.

Colette previously trained and worked at Pattison and Brewer where she represented trade union clients in a range of medical negligence claims including birth injury, delay in diagnosis and orthopaedic trauma.

In addition to medical negligence cases, Colette also has experience of dealing with industrial disease claims and has achieved strong results for victims of mesothelioma.  She has represented families at inquests into the deaths of  their loved ones due to a failure to diagnose and treat sepsis.

Colette is driven by a desire to secure compensation to help her clients rebuild their lives and access the support and rehabilitation they need to thrive and enjoy life post-injury.

Being passionate about the difference charities can make to our clients’ lives, Colette is closely involved with the firm’s associated charities and has raised money and awareness for children who have been affected by brain injury.

After reading Law and European Legal Studies at the University of Kent (first class LLB), Colette then completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London (distinction).

Colette’s hobbies include travelling, cooking and trying to improve her spoken Italian.
