Beci is the Senior HR Coordinator at Bolt Burdon Kemp, having initially joined the firm as an HR Administrator in April 2019. Her goal is to support all our staff to flourish and achieve their best work.
Beci graduated from the University of Leicester in 2015 with a degree in Law. She then spent time working abroad in Australia and New Zealand where she gained valuable experience in human resources and recruitment.
Beci is passionate about making Bolt Burdon Kemp the best place to work and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure all our staff feel fully supported.
Her expertise is wide-ranging and she provides guidance and advice on a variety of HR queries. Key areas of her role include assisting our paralegals on their journey to becoming qualified lawyers, coordinating bespoke, firm-wide training events, and supporting our staff with any health and wellbeing related matters. She also provides assistance in the recruitment process, helping to find diverse, talented individuals, and managing relationships with recruitment agencies.
Beci is also the founder of our baking club, Baking for Elevenses.
