Henry joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in January 2023 as a paralegal working with the Spinal Injury Team. He works closely with Alex Dabek, assisting her with claims involving spinal cord injuries as a result of clinical negligence and personal injury.
Before starting at Bolt Burdon Kemp, Henry studied Philosophy and Theology at the University of St Andrews and followed this with completing his Graduate Diploma in Law at Oxford Brookes University.
While at Oxford Brookes, Henry volunteered for the CLOCK Project, providing legal support for victims of domestic and sexual violence. It was here he was drawn to medical negligence through his work with CLOCK and the challenge of assisting vulnerable individuals in difficult situations.
The varied intellectual challenges that arrive in every case and the opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives in an effective, pragmatic way has attracted Henry to this area of law. He is committed to helping individuals and their families to achieve the very best outcomes in difficult situations.
It is rewarding to work in an environment where Henry can use his legal understanding to help those who have suffered injury by ensuring that clients obtain the compensation and quality of life they deserve.
