Anastasia is a Senior Paralegal in the Military Claims team and will be joining Gaggan Mawi’s team and will be supporting Gaggan Mawi and Marie-Joelle Theanne in a variety of different military claims including individuals that have been seriously injured and that are being medically discharged from their military services.
Anastasia has always been passionate about helping and supporting individuals that have dedicated their lives to the British Armed Forces. Growing up within a military family, with family members both currently and previously serving in the Army, this provides Anatasia with an insight into what life can be like during and after a life serving within the British Armed forces.
Anastasia has a second-class honours division, upper class degree in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of Exeter. During her studies, Anastasia was passionate to explore the legal aspects within her course and regularly attended the University of Exeter law society.
Following her undergraduate degree Anastasia joined as a Paralegal at a Family law firm based outside of London, in Berkshire. During her time there, she assisted fee earners on matters including divorce and separation, financial remedy, and disputes in relation to children, gaining an insight into high-net-worth cases.
Anastasia drive to help individuals that seek help and guidance having left their career in the military led her to finding her role at Bolt Burdon Kemp. Anastasia is passionate about helping others and she prides herself on her professionalism and dedication to always thinking client first.
