Mia joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in January 2024 as Graduate Solicitor Apprentice; she is currently part of the Spinal Injury team assisting Victoria Oliver with claims involving spinal injuries that have occurred due to either clinical negligence or personal injury. As a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice, she is also studying for her SQE at the University of Law alongside her role at BBK, aiming to qualify as a solicitor in 2026.

Studying for the SQE while working on cases with BBK will enable Mia to apply the knowledge she acquires through her studies while developing practical legal skills in real-life cases, giving her a well-rounded education and a good amount of experience in the legal sector. Mia is also very personable and approachable, and keen to deliver the best service to clients . She understands the sensitive nature of the work carried out by BBK, and is glad to work at a firm that is so committed to improving the lives of their clients and achieving just legal outcomes for them.

Before joining BBK, Mia completed a law degree at the University of Exeter, graduating in 2022. She was an active member of both the university’s law society and the women and law society, and is excited to continue her legal studies at the University of Law.
