Rosie joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in October 2024 as a paralegal in the Spinal Injury Team.
Working in Victoria Oliver’s team, she is involved in supporting clients who have experienced personal injury and medical negligence, focusing on high-value and complex spinal injury cases. Rosie uses her prior experience in customer service and client-facing roles to bring a pragmatic and personal approach to her work.
Rosie has an LLB law degree from the University of Warwick and predominantly focused her studies on medical and clinical negligence law. Her legal education has equipped her with strong legal research skills and a critical approach to casework.
During her studies, she also undertook several volunteer positions, notably as Head of the ‘Women in IB’ division of Warwick’s Investment Banking Society, and as a research intern in the Strategic Social Justice Clinic at the Central England Law Centre. These roles allowed Rosie to have a positive impact on her environment and to be an agent of social change.
