Hritika joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in January 2025 as a paralegal in the firm’s specialist Military Claims department. She assists on a broad range of military claims, including those involving training accidents, harassment, and clinical negligence.
Guided by a strong sense of justice and integrity, Hritika is passionate about seeking justice for those impacted by serious systemic failures. Before joining BBK, Hritika gained valuable experience at the UK Serious Fraud Office, where she supported multidisciplinary case teams on complex financial crime investigations.
Hritika enjoys participating in community outreach initiatives as they allow her to support individuals facing significant challenges. During her postgraduate studies, Hritika provided tailored advice on housing and immigration related issues to pro bono clients at her university’s legal clinic. Alongside her outreach work, Hritika has also contributed to research and legislative reform as part of The Model Law Commission where she advocated for No-Fault Divorce legislation in the House of Commons.
Hritika studied BSc Psychology at the University of Reading and graduated in 2022. After graduating, Hritika pursued MA Law (SQE1) at the University of Law, where she achieved a Distinction. Combining her academic background in psychology and law, Hritika brings a unique perspective to personal injury and clinical negligence claims, with a deep understanding of both psychological and legal challenges faced by claimants.
