Alice joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in March 2025 as a solicitor in the Adult Brain Injury team.
She completed her training contract at a regional law firm, during which she undertook a six-month seat in medical negligence and personal injury. In that time, she assisted on a range of high-value cases including birth injuries, brain injuries sustained from road traffic accidents and fatal cases, which occurred as a result of catastrophic brain injury. Alice also assisted on cases regarding informed consent and personal injuries sustained from slips and trips.
Alice is passionate about helping clients who have suffered brain injuries and putting them back in the position they would have been in had the accident or negligence not occurred. Alice understands the devastating effect a brain injury can have on an individual and their families and is dedicated to ensuring clients are compensated in the best way possible.
Alice has extensive experience working within the hospital and healthcare industry. Prior to her training contract, Alice worked part time as an administrator within a private hospital during her Legal Practice Course (LPC). Upon completion of her LPC, Alice then went on to work as a paralegal in a London law firm, assisting on medical negligence matters including orthopaedic, gynaecology and ophthalmic cases.
Alice completed her law degree at Swansea University where she achieved an upper second class honours, before completing her LPC with an LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in October 2021.
