Ayça is a Trainee Solicitor in the Child Brain Injury Team, as her first seat. Prior to becoming a Trainee Solicitor, Ayça worked as a paralegal in the Spinal Injury Team, alongside Victoria Oliver, on complex and high-value claims involving spinal injuries, both clinical negligence and personal injury.
Ayça joined the Spinal Injury team as a paralegal in September 2023, having first worked in the Support team.
Ayça is committed to providing exceptional service to her clients and achieving the best possible outcome for their legal claims. She is dedicated to supporting her clients at a difficult time in their lives. Ayça prides herself on being very approachable and friendly.
Before joining Bolt Burdon Kemp, Ayça completed a Law Degree from the University of East Anglia and graduated from her Legal Practitioners Course with a Law Masters from the University of Law. Ayça has also previous experience working as a paralegal in an international firm dealing with corporate and immigration cases. Her previous experience helps her provide excellent support to her team.
Ayça is a Turkish national and a native Turkish speaker. Her experience as an international speaker and international background enables her to provide good rapport with clients from all backgrounds as she brings her multicultural and bilingual skills to her work.
