Ayça is a Trainee Solicitor currently on a secondment, completing her seat in the Employment Team at Jones Chase. She completed her first seat in the Child Brain Injury Team and previously worked as a paralegal in the Spinal Injury Team in Victoria Oliver’s team. She worked on complex and high-value cases involving spinal and brain injuries, covering both clinical negligence and personal injury matters.

Ayça joined the Spinal Injury Team as a paralegal in September 2023 after initially working in the Support Team. She is committed to providing exceptional client service and strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients during difficult times. Known for her approachable and friendly manner, Ayça builds strong relationships with those she supports.

Before joining Bolt Burdon Kemp, Ayça completed a Law Degree at the University of East Anglia and graduated from the Legal Practice Course with a Law Master’s degree from the University of Law. She also has previous paralegal experience at an international firm, where she worked on corporate and immigration cases. This diverse background enriches her ability to support her team effectively.

Ayça is a Turkish national and a native Turkish speaker. Her international experience and bilingual skills enable her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, offering a multicultural perspective to her work.
