Rebecca is a Solicitor in the Adult Brain Injury team, having joined BBK in March 2024. Rebecca specialises in representing adults who have sustained a brain injury due to substandard medical treatment or accidents.
Rebecca completed her solicitors training at a firm based in London where she was previously a paralegal. During this time, she assisted partners in the personal injury and clinical negligence teams on complex, high-value claims where individuals had sustained catastrophic and life-changing injuries. Rebecca gained experience on cases involving clients who have suffered brain injuries, birth injuries, psychiatric injuries and orthopaedic injuries. She has also worked on fatal accident claims, involving some inquest work.
Rebecca has assisted in acting for adults who have suffered traumatic brain injuries through road traffic accidents, negligent brain surgery and delays in diagnosis of brain tumours.
Rebecca also has experience in Court of Protection matters, she has assisted deputies acting for vulnerable clients who do not have capacity to litigate or manage their financial affairs following their injury.
Rebecca is passionate about helping vulnerable clients who have suffered injury due to an accident or improper care. She is devoted to helping clients achieve the best possible compensation for their injuries. As well as ensuring those who have obtained a brain injury continue to have a good quality of life and providing them and their family with any support and assistance they need.
Rebecca attended Westminster University where she completed an undergraduate law degree and achieved a First. She then went on to study for the Solicitor’s Qualifying Examinations and passed the final exams in 2023.
