Adele is Head of PR & Communications and an Associate at Bolt Burdon Kemp. In her role, Adele works closely with Sonita Hayward, Head of Public Affairs, Managing Partner Jonathan Wheeler and the firm’s practice team heads.
The firm uses its platform to ensure all seriously injured people have a voice, and to drive positive change. Adele is responsible for communicating BBK’s passion to support clients achieve justice and create a fairer world through the firm’s online voice, podcast and social media activity, campaigns and press relations.
In her role at BBK, Adele has a particular responsibility for telling the firm’s story in the legal press and supporting the firm’s HR team to attract the very best talent and celebrate the successes of BBK’s talented people. She also manages external agencies who support BBK’s PR and marketing efforts.
After training as a journalist and working in PR since 2010, Adele has a strong track-record of creating attention-grabbing campaigns and delivering highly targeted coverage across a wide range of national, broadcast, and specialist sector titles.
Prior to joining BBK in 2024, Adele worked for specialist legal agency Kysen PR for 12 years where she supported a wide range of law firms, barristers’ chambers and legal associations with PR and marketing activity. In her role at Kysen PR, Adele worked with BBK for nine years prior to joining the firm and last year, a PR project led by Adele was shortlisted for the Marketing Initiative of the Year award at The Legal Business Awards 2023.
