She has a strong interest in campaigning for long-term systemic change to reduce recurrences of avoidable harm, improve safety, and shed light on the concerns of injured people to ensure a more holistic approach to patient care. She is excited about getting involved in the work the firm does with its charity partners, to help children with acquired brain injuries and their families. Rachael understands the importance of adapting each claim to the needs and priorities of each person to ensure the best outcome.
