Evelyn joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in April 2024 as the firm’s Senior Front of House lead. Evelyn is a team player who is friendly, welcoming, outgoing and has a passion for delivering and maintaining excellent service.
Her responsibilities include managing the front of house and working alongside the Support team to ensure a smooth, welcoming and efficient service is received by all guests. This includes, amongst other things, assisting callers in a professional and efficient manner, greeting clients and all visitors into the building with professionalism and finesse, assisting with events and facilities.
Prior to joining Bolt Burdon Kemp, Evelyn worked for FTSE100 companies, where she was able to put her front of house management skills into practice and was successful in mentoring junior members of staff, assisting them to reach their potential and move on within the company. Evelyn brings the same passion and determination to succeed to BBK.
