Vilde joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in September 2023 as a Paralegal in the Bullying and Harassment team, working alongside Thomas Beale. Vilde works to defend the rights of those who have suffered physical or psychiatric injury, as well as injury to feelings arising from various forms of workplace harassment and mistreatment.
Vilde is extremely passionate about providing justice to people who have faced inequality and aspires to provide exceptional client care to those she comes into contact with. Vilde hopes that her international background in volunteering at care homes for the elderly and mentally impaired will assist her when dealing with vulnerable clients.
Before joining Bolt Burdon Kemp, Vilde completed her Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) in Wales. During her studies, she pursued modules related to Medical and Family Law, as well as Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. She was the subject of three academic awards and graduated with a First Class Honours.
In 2022, Vilde completed her Masters of Law degree (LLM) at the University of Liverpool, graduating with a Distinction. She continued to pursue her passions and specialisations in Medical Law, Reproductive Justice, and Human Rights, as well as taking on various Public Health modules.
Vilde aspires to complete the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) during her time as a Paralegal, with the goal of qualifying as a solicitor, so that she can pursue her passion of providing a voice, justice, and support to those who need it the most.
