Beth joined Bolt Burdon Kemp as a Costs Draftsperson in September 2022, working alongside Jack Ridgway.
Before beginning her career in costs, Beth graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in French and History in 2016.
Prior to joining Bolt Burdon Kemp, Beth spent several years gaining valuable experience in the field of costs. She worked both in-house for a national, Claimant-only personal injury firm, as well as externally with a dedicated costs recovery firm. She developed skill and expertise in recovering costs in several types of personal injury litigation, including clinical negligence and serious injury. She also developed an extensive knowledge of the recovery of legal aid costs and deputyship costs in the Court of Protection.
In her role as a member of the costs team, Beth regularly prepares Bills of Costs, Costs Budgets and Points of Reply and strives to secure the best possible recovery for every client.
