Martyna joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in April 2024 as a Paralegal. She works alongside Joseph Carr in the Abuse team, specialising in bringing claims for compensation on behalf of survivors of abuse.
Martyna is dedicated to assisting individuals whose rights have been violated and providing support to survivors of abuse, empowering them to voice their experiences. She takes pride in her compassionate and empathetic approach, establishing trust with clients while consistently pursuing the best possible outcomes in every case.
Martyna previously gained work experience at a law firm specialising in various areas including crime, immigration and personal injury before joining BBK. During this placement, Martyna handled complex cases and developed her skills in supporting vulnerable clients, whilst maintaining a professional demeanour, in often difficult situations.
Martyna graduated from university in Warsaw, Poland with a master’s degree. Throughout her academic journey, she immersed herself in her chosen field of study, ultimately deciding to focus her thesis on medical negligence.
Going forwards, Martyna is aspiring to complete her training contract and become a qualified solicitor at BBK.
