Nicole joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in November 2024. She is a paralegal in the Child Brain Injury team assisting Tamsin Day with various claims involving personal injury and clinical negligence.
She understands the importance of patient safety and working collaboratively with others to ensure that patients’ needs are met. Having worked at vaccination centres as a supervisor during the pandemic, Nicole gained experience supporting vulnerable patients with mental health difficulties and diverse backgrounds, to ensure they understood the treatment they were receiving. This experience motivated her to pursue a career helping vulnerable clients through the most difficult periods of their life.
Nicole aspires to become a solicitor in the field of clinical negligence. She aims to help secure the best compensation possible for her clients, so that they can live comfortably and receive the treatment they need.
In 2023, Nicole graduated from Royal Holloway University of London with a First-Class law degree in LLB Law with Criminology. Whilst studying, Nicole developed a keen interest in medical law, specifically in areas of medical negligence and the ethical implications surrounding treatment.
