Part of the Abuse Team
Danielle is a Solicitor in the abuse team at Bolt Burdon Kemp having joined the firm in September 2018. Danielle works alongside Dino Nocivelli, assisting him in representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse in cases against religious institutions, the Scout Association, private schools and other organisations – particularly sporting institutions – as well as claims against individual abusers.
Having completed her training, Danielle qualified as a solicitor in 2013. Since commencing her career as a solicitor, Danielle has worked on a variety of high value, technical, multi track and catastrophic cases including road traffic accident claims, public liability and employer’s liability claims.
Danielle has valuable experience in representing clients in highly stressful, sensitive and emotional situations which have an ongoing impact on the client’s life. The client’s individual needs and requirements are at the forefront of Danielle’s mind throughout the claims process.
Danielle is a skilled solicitor, tackling difficult arguments raised by her opponents and always strives to achieve the best outcome for her clients, ensuring they are fully compensated for the suffering they have been subjected to.
In her spare time, Danielle volunteers with organisations providing support to children from disadvantaged areas, organising charitable events and fundraising. Danielle also supports a number of local charities in the Battersea area.
Danielle studied LLB Law at the University of West England and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the same university. Whilst completing her studies, Danielle worked on pro bono projects, assisting the local community.
