While it’s useful to know that it will be available in the future, it may be months or even years before you have access to these funds, which doesn’t deal with your immediate needs. This is where we come in.
From the beginning of a case we look at how we can help our clients by working with partner organisations such as rehabilitation agencies or contacts in the voluntary sector to see their needs are met as far as possible. We have spent years developing links and building these relationships so we can provide you with the best service possible.
Wherever we can, we arrange payments from the defendant on account of the final settlement to cover short-term needs; medical or financial. We will tailor our approach to fit your individual circumstances.
