Witness appeal in respect of Mr Charles Crawshaw of Winfield Hospital

I represent a client who underwent spinal surgery under Mr Charles Crawshaw, Consultant Spinal Orthopaedic Surgeon, in August 2014 (over the Bank Holiday weekend) at Winfield Hospital in Gloucester.

My client is bringing a civil claim against Winfield Hospital in respect of the treatment afforded to her which resulted in her developing an incomplete spinal injury.  She has been left with life changing injuries.

Mr Crawshaw no longer works at Winfield Hospital.  He lives and works abroad.

I am seeking evidence in support of my client’s case with regards to post-operative care provided by Mr Crawshaw.
