Josh Hughes on BBC London Radio: 3 October 2018

On 3rd October 2018, Josh Hughes, Senior Associate in the Complex Injury Team, spoke with Eddie Nestor live on BBC London Drivetime Radio about the tragic death of Natasha Ednan-Laperouse.  Natasha sadly died from a severe allergic reaction after she had consumed a Pret-a-Manger sandwich which, unbeknownst to her, contained sesame.  During the interview, Josh spoke about the urgent need to close the gaps in the law regulating food labelling to ensure similar incidents are avoided.
