Nicole joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in October 2023 and specialises in Medical Negligence claims.
She works closely with Hannah Travis and Joshua Hughes in the Negligence team. Nicole assists on a wide variety of claims involving Women’s Health Issues, delays in diagnosis of cancer claims, amputations and fatal claims.
Before joining Bolt Burdon Kemp, Nicole specialised in litigating complex personal injury matters on behalf of insurers. Through her experience, Nicole has developed an in-depth understanding of claim strategy which allows for a more proactive and robust approach to file management which will greatly benefit the clients that she represents.
Nicole is passionate about helping individuals who have been injured by accidents or negligence to obtain justice. She understands the difficulties involved in navigating the legal system and prides herself on providing her clients with support throughout the entire claim process.
Nicole studied law in Canada and the United States before qualifying as a Solicitor in Canada in 2018. She subsequently obtained a Master of Laws in Human Rights at Queen Mary University in England where she achieved a distinction.
