Nicole joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in November 2023 as a paralegal in the Child Brain Injury Team. Nicole assists Sally Simpson in cases involving children who have suffered brain injuries as a result of accidents or medical negligence. Nicole is committed to improving the quality of life for these children and their parents.
Prior to joining Bolt Burdon Kemp, Nicole worked for three years as a paralegal in the litigation department of a niche commercial law firm, specialising in Landlord and Tenant Law. Nicole is accustomed to handling disputed cases and is passionate about obtaining the very best outcome for her clients.
Before embarking on her legal career, Nicole studied History at the University of Oxford, graduating in 2019. She went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law in 2022 at the University of Law, Bloomsbury and gained a distinction in the Legal Practice Course with LLM in 2023. It was during this time Nicole discovered her interest in, and passion for, Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury law. She hopes to qualify as a solicitor with BBK and continue helping those who have suffered serious injury.
