I can’t put into words how amazing I think Hannah was, what an asset Hannah is to the firm and how she made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.  I know I was sometimes a difficult person to deal with as I had depression and anxiety issues during the claim but Hannah understood on so many levels and almost became like a counsellor.  I feel that she really understood my condition (Fibromyalgia) and I would have given up on this claim if it were not for her.  Hannah was outstanding.
