Joseph was absolutely outstanding in all ways – he dealt with me from day one all the way to the trial and having that continuity was so important for me.  This was an incredibly difficult time for me as I had told no one – he explained everything to me, whenever I needed him, no matter how stupid the question, he was always on the end of the phone.  I was very emotional during this process but Joseph linked me up with counselling which has helped enormously – I was petrified about travelling to London from Wales – I was by myself because I had not told my partner – Joseph was brilliant and it was really nice to put a face to the name.  I have now told my partner and this was a big deal for me.
