In a situation like this, communication is key and they both updated me at regular intervals even when there was nothing to update. This helped reassure me that the silence of waiting for third parties to reply was normal and nothing out of the ordinary.

Both Ruth and Hannah are very professional but at the same time, they have a very down to earth and friendly demeanour to them. I felt very comfortable talking to them and I felt I could trust them.
