Emily was fantastic, she was very thorough and was always looking at all angles to get justice for me.  I felt really positive about the firm in general.  I felt the management of the firm was excellent during these COVID times.  There was regular communication and updates sent to me particularly regarding fees.  I could not fault Bolt Burdon Kemp in this difficult time for all.
