Joseph has been brilliant, sensitive and understanding. He always made sure I had all the information needed to make my own decisions. Joseph’s provided advice that was clear and he gave me options so that I was always fully involved in the process. He spent a significant time on me and my case and most importantly he gave me a sense of hope that allowed me to talk about what happened to me. I have now been able to speak to my family, friends and colleagues about what happened.
