He was very apprehensive at the beginning but Zahra was brilliant from the very first meeting. She rang him and kept him informed all along – never let him down with dates and appointments (so many people have over the years) and kept him up to date at every stage. She gave him the options at various points along the way good and bad and was kind and caring but always in a professional manner. Paul over the months gained confidence and became very proactive in his case and this was all down to Zahra. After one or two difficult interviews for Paul she rang him and checked he was okay and always returned his phone calls and messages.
