Witness appeal – Abuse at 16th St Denys Cub Scout Group
I represent a client who has instructed me that he was subjected to abuse by one of his scout leaders, Robert Desmond Barclay Harris in around 1978 to 1980.
Our client recalls that Harris was a scout leader of the 16th St Denys Cub Scout Group on Dundee Road, St Denys, Southampton.
Harris was convicted in 1981 for 2 counts of indecency with a child and 2 counts of indecent assault on a male person.
I am appealing for witnesses who may be able to assist with our investigations.
