Headteacher charged with allegations of child sexual abuse

Neil Foden, who has been suspended from his role as a Head Teacher, has now appeared at Mold Crown Court charged with a total of 21 sexual offences relating to six victims, some of whom were children.

He has pleaded not guilty to the charges. It is anticipated that he will face a trial in April 2024 at Mold Crown Court.

I know from my clients’ experiences in similar situations that the criminal process itself and giving evidence at trial can be a draining and stressful process. I hope that the complainants in this investigation have the support – both personal and professional – to help them in their search for justice.

A civil claim for compensation can enable survivors to access funding for therapy and losses as a result of abuse they have experienced. Anyone who has suffered abuse can contact me directly for free, no-obligation, advice about their rights.
