Mentally and emotionally battered after a 2 year Police investigation and Crown Court trial against my historic abuser, I approached Bolt Burdon Kemp to seek damages against the Scout Association and Essex County Council who failed in their duty of care to me. I can’t put into words how amazing I think Hannah was, what an asset Hannah is to the firm and how she made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.  I know I was sometimes a difficult person to deal with as I had depression and anxiety issues during the claim but Hannah understood on so many levels and almost became like a counsellor.  I feel that she really understood my condition (Fibromyalgia) and I would have given up on this claim if it were not for her.  Hannah was outstanding.
