Rhiannon Daniel

Rhiannon is an Associate Solicitor in the Military Claims team.  She specialises in complex personal injury and clinical negligence claims for serving and former military personnel and their families.  She joined the team in July 2019.

Whilst working at her previous firm, she was referred to in the Legal 500 in 2019 as an ‘outstandingly good‘ solicitor who is ‘committed to achieving the best for clients‘.

Rhiannon is frequently instructed to act in high-value claims.  She has extensive experience in cases involving catastrophic accidents, including spinal and brain injuries.  She has also worked with complex clinical negligence claims involving spinal surgery, missed and delayed diagnosis of Cauda Equina Syndrome, amputation cases and pain cases.

She has achieved substantial settlements for her clients with care packages that will support them in their daily lives now and in the future, providing peace of mind for them and their families.

Rhiannon is committed to working closely with her clients, advising and supporting them throughout the litigation process.  She fights hard to obtain early admissions of liability to secure her clients access to interim damages to help fund immediate needs.  She has a proven track record of achieving high value settlements and prides herself on delivering excellent client satisfaction.

Rhiannon’s past experience includes acting for a client who was a Sergeant in the Royal Artillery.  Whilst undertaking a training exercise he sustained injuries to his knee, which resulted in him having to undergo an amputation of his limb.  The case settled in excess of £4 million.

Rhiannon has organised various charity events and in particular she has worked closely with the Spinal Injuries Association, a relationship which she looks forward to continuing to develop in the future.
