Nottingham Teacher Robert Amoroso to Return to Court on 10 March
Nottinghamshire ex-teacher, Robert Amoroso, is due to return to Nottingham Crown Court on the 10th March 2014 for a hearing regarding how is going to plea to the allegations of sexual assault made against him.
Amoroso, a former PE teacher, was initially charged in September 2013. He appeared at Nottingham Magistrates Court charged with five counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child, two counts of sexual assaults on a male, and one count of engaging in sexual activity with a boy aged between 13 and 15. All of those offences were alleged to have taken place in the last few years.
Since his initial appearance at Nottingham Magistrates Court other victims have come forward. Amoroso appeared again at court in January 2014 charged with eight further offences. He is due to return to Nottingham Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing in relation to those charges on the 10th March 2014.
