The figures speak for themselves. I am very happy to see such an excellent outcome as these cases are horrendously difficult … I praise the legal team for their diligence.”

Recent cases

The case involved complex medical, educational, and housing needs. The settlement will provide lifelong support, including specialist care and adapted accommodation. When approving the outcome, the judge praised the legal team’s diligence, calling it “an excellent settlement” in a “horrendously difficult” case.
  • Secured £12 million for a client with cerebral palsy caused by delayed caesarean. The defendant admitted liability, noting injuries would’ve been less severe with earlier delivery.
