Committed to swiftly progressing claims

Siobhán is a Senior Associate solicitor in the Adult Brain Injury team at Bolt Burdon Kemp.

Siobhán has represented catastrophically injured clients, undertaking work with clients who had suffered brain and spinal injuries.

Siobhán has been described in the Legal 500 as “highly dedicated with a strong sense of justice”. She has extensive experience in the High Court and regularly advocates before High Court Masters, often successfully winning applications for her clients. She does not shy away from difficult cases, ensuring she puts together the best team possible for the best possible outcome for her clients.

Siobhán recognises that the best outcome does not always mean continuing a claim to trial. It means listening to her clients, ensuring that they feel heard throughout the legal process and taking heed of what result they want.

This commitment to outstanding client care coupled with pragmatism is confirmed by consistently good feedback from those she has represented.

Siobhán provides regular training to other lawyers via MBL Seminars, marking her out as a specialist in her field. The training is always well received and accessible to all those who attend. She has also sat on charity boards, including as Chair.

In October 2022, Siobhán was made a judge. She regularly decides personal injury claims such as road traffic accidents, accidents at work and public liability claims.

She currently sits on the southeastern circuit as a Deputy District Judge.
