Anne, Abuse Claims client

When my claim started I was young and found it hard to cope with the suffering I’d endured. Siobhan and Abbie both worked on my claim and were amazing. They were incredibly empathetic, put me at ease straight away, and I felt comfortable speaking to them. They listened without pity, which was important to me. I usually struggle to speak to people about the abuse but I never did with them.

I feel their kind approach helped me to face the past and allowed me to begin trusting therapists with my issues, which was a significant step forward.

There were a few complexities in my claim, but from start to finish they clearly explained what was happening, and were always happy to answer my questions and repeat things multiple times if I was still unsure.
