Joshua and Ben dealt with me originally and they were great. They were very responsive and really good at pushing the other side and kept my case moving forwards.

Charlotte then took over my case and she was also excellent. She was equally as responsive and effective in progressing my case. I also want to mention Michael who I was surprised to find that he was a paralegal at the time as he was just so good. He went above and beyond his position, I was very impressed by him.
