Kimberley joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in August 2025 and is a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice currently in the Bullying and Harassment team. In her current position, Kimberley assists Thomas Beale and Vilde Witzøe in supporting clients who have suffered physical or psychiatric harm as a result of various forms of workplace harassment and bullying. She is also studying for the SQE exams at The University of Law, with the aspiration of qualifying as a solicitor at Bolt Burdon Kemp in 2027.
Kimberley is committed to helping others who are enduring hardship and aims to positively transform the lives of others using the law. She has interacted with domestic abuse survivors while interning as a legal assistant during her undergraduate studies, and has also volunteered at Crisis to promote the well-being of individuals experiencing homelessness. Therefore, she is very well versed in dealing with vulnerable clients, and she hopes to bring her sensitivity and compassion to her role.
Before joining Bolt Burdon Kemp, Kimberley completed her law degree and graduated with a 2:1 at St Hugh’s College, University of Oxford. During her studies, she pursued family law which deepened her insight into how this area of law and medical law intersect, particularly in the context of children’s rights and interests. She also studied criminal law at an advanced level. Alongside her degree, Kimberley also participated in law-related extracurricular activities, such as acting as secretary of her college law society and achieving 2nd place in a human rights law mock court competition, demonstrating her strong advocacy skills.
