Berivan joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in April 2025 as a Solicitor in the Adult Brain Injury team. She has over six years’ experience of supporting clients with their personal injury claims often arising from road traffic collisions or accidents at work.

Berivan has assisted clients who have sustained brain, spinal, amputation and brachial plexus injuries. She also has experience in dealing with fatal claims and Court of Protection matters. Throughout her career, Berivan has worked with specialist solicitors in the field of serious injury and has been involved in many complex and high value cases. Berivan previously worked at a reputable law firm in London, where she assisted in securing the highest ever settlement within the injury department for a young client who sustained a traumatic brain injury and now requires 24-hour care.

Berivan is passionate about supporting vulnerable clients who have suffered a brain injury due to an accident or poor medical treatment. She is committed to maximising compensation to ensure financial security for her clients, while helping them improve their quality of life by engaging in therapy and continuing to do the things that they love.

Having completed her law degree at BPP University, Berivan went onto study the LPC LLM at BPP University where she achieved a Distinction. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive following which she was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in March 2025.
