Witness Appeal – Abuse by Michael John Daniel

We are currently acting in relation to abuse by Michael John Daniel, who worked as a Cubs and Scout leader for groups in Sheffield, including the 35th Oswald Scout Group and committed acts of abuse.

Michael John Daniel was convicted on 13 July 1982 of indecent assault of a child and sentenced to 12 months’ imprisonment. I am appealing for witnesses on behalf of my clients who may be able to assist with our investigations. It is possible there are more victims who have not yet felt able to come forward and speak about their abuse.

If you have any information in relation to Daniel or that may assist my clients, please contact me directly by email: juliajensen@bbkllp.co.uk or by telephone 07989 531756.
