Beci is an Associate and the HR Manager at Bolt Burdon Kemp. She is responsible for ensuring all HR operational matters run smoothly and are supporting the delivery of our people strategy.
Beci understands just how important our people are to BBK and is passionate about creating an environment where everyone can thrive. She is committed to going above and beyond to support our staff in achieving their full potential and completing their best work.
With a broad range of expertise, Beci provides practical, tailored advice on a variety of HR and employment matters. In addition, she supports the career development and wellbeing of staff across all levels of the firm, coordinates bespoke training events, and contributes to talent acquisition, helping to attract and retain diverse and talented individuals.
Beci is Bolt Burdon Kemp’s Mental Health First Aid Champion and brings colleagues together through initiatives such as the firm’s popular Baking Club.
Beci joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in 2019 as an HR Administrator, bringing with her valuable experience in human resources and recruitment from across different sectors, including healthcare and early education. She graduated from the University of Leicester in 2015 with a degree in Law and holds a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
