COVID-19 – A message to all our clientsMarch 18, 2020
At Bolt Burdon Kemp, we are completely committed to doing our best to help reduce the spread of Coronavirus and to this end we are closely following and monitoring Government advice. Please be re-assured that although we all may be experiencing many changes in our day to day lives currently and in the months ahead, we will continue to progress your case and support you as best we can.
We remain passionate about achieving life-changing results for our clients, providing excellent client care and ensuring you receive the support you need. Current advice (as of 16th March 2020) is that everyone should work from home and avoid any non-essential travel and non-essential contact with others, where possible. We are very well placed to do this. Since we first introduced our flexible working policy back in 2003, our solicitors have been able to work both from home and remotely. All members of staff are equipped with laptops and iPhones and are supported by an IT team which is second to none.
Our strategy of working in teams should also ensure there is always someone for you to talk to and to continue to progress you case in the event that any member of your legal team falls ill.
We may make some small changes which will enable us to continue working on your case whilst observing government advice and ensuring both you, your loved ones and our people are kept safe. For example, instead of face to face meetings, visits and conferences, we will instead communicate with you over the telephone, by Face-time or Skype or through video-conferencing where more than one person is involved. Just let us know which method you would prefer!
Our office will remain open until such time as government advice orders closures; we are able to receive important communications by email which can be accessed at home or remotely.
If you need any special help with anything or if you are particularly concerned about the impact of recent events on your case, do please get in touch. We are here to help.
Take good care,
Jonathan Wheeler is our Managing Partner. For any clients or third parties who need assistance during these exceptional times, please do not hesitate to contact Jonathan on 020 7288 4837 or email him at firstname.lastname@example.org. All our solicitors can still be contacted in the usual way.
