Ayça is a Trainee Solicitor completing her final seat in the Complex Injury team. She completed her first seat in the Child Brain Injury Team and her second seat in the Employment Team during a secondment at Jones Chase Employment Lawyers. She has also worked as a paralegal in the Spinal Injury Team. She has experience working on complex, high-value cases involving employment law, spinal injuries, and brain injuries, covering both clinical negligence and personal injury matters.

Before joining Bolt Burdon Kemp in 2023, Ayça obtained her Law Degree from the University of East Anglia and completed the Legal Practice Course with a Master’s in Law at the University of Law. She also has previous experience at an international firm, where she worked on corporate and immigration cases. This diverse background enhances her ability to support her team effectively.
