Ayça is a Solicitor in the Spinal Injury team at Bolt Burdon Kemp.

Ayça has completed her training contract in April 2026, working in the Child Brain Injury and Complex Injury departments. Ayça also did a secondment at Jones Chase Employment Lawyers as part of her training, gaining experience in employment law. Prior to her training contract, Ayça worked in the Spinal Injury department as a paralegal gaining experience in claims involving spinal cord injuries. She has experience working on complex and high value cases covering both clinical negligence and personal injury matters.

Ayça is committed to delivering exceptional client service and strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients during challenging times. Known for her approachable and friendly manner, she builds strong, trusting relationships with those she supports.

Before joining Bolt Burdon Kemp in 2023, Ayça obtained her Law Degree from the University of East Anglia and completed the Legal Practice Course with a Master’s in Law at the University of Law. She also has previous experience at an international firm, where she worked on corporate and immigration cases. This diverse background enhances her ability to support her team effectively.

Ayça is a Turkish national and a native Turkish speaker. Her international experience and bilingual skills enable her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, offering a valuable multicultural perspective to her work.
