Rachael is a Senior Paralegal in the Child Brain Injury team. She joined Bolt Burdon Kemp in October 2024, and works alongside Hema Wanza on a variety of complex personal injury and clinical negligence claims.
Rachael is passionate about campaigning for long-term systemic change to reduce avoidable harm and improve safety. She enjoys working with charities which help children and their families rebuild after brain injury.
In July 2024, Rachael graduated from the University of Exeter, earning an LLB Law with first-class honours. Throughout her degree, she focussed her studies on areas relating to personal injury and healthcare law. Alongside this, Rachael volunteered for several advocacy-based organisations, which aimed at ensuring positive student experience, and she was entrusted with giving a voice to over 600 peers on matters including student wellbeing, academic complaints, individual adjustments and needs.
Rachael is fluent in both English and French, she also speaks conversational Spanish.
