Ellie is Bolt Burdon Kemp’s HR Coordinator, providing trusted support to colleagues across the firm and helping to deliver a positive employee experience. Working closely with Beci Start, Associate & HR Manager, and Louise Pye, Partner & Head of Human Resources, she plays an important role in supporting the firm’s people and culture. Ellie joined BBK in 2023 as a Junior HR Administrator, bringing previous experience in administration and recruitment.
Passionate about the work BBK does and the people who make it possible, Ellie is committed to ensuring colleagues feel valued, supported, and engaged throughout their careers with the firm. Her responsibilities include payroll, onboarding, employee records management, health and wellbeing initiatives, and providing day-to-day HR support to staff across the business.
She graduated from the University of Otago in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science and has since built her expertise in HR and people-focused roles. Known for her approachable and supportive nature, Ellie enjoys building strong relationships with colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
