I have nothing but gratitude towards Tamsin, Ella, Jess and Claudia, who were all exceptional and Mollie in particular, who was reassuring and compassionate. They’re all in the jobs they are meant to be in. I spoke to Mollie initially and could call her at any time and she would answer, and give me reassurance and great advice. She continues to be the one I turn to as we have such a close bond.
