Bolt Burdon Kemp have been dealing with my daughters claim since  2015 and all staff have been wonderful, in particular Claudia Hillemand who I have been dealing with for the last 18 months. She is very far removed from your traditional stuffy solicitor, she is caring and personable and has made an emotional and difficult  process run as smoothly as she could. This has been a huge help to us as reliving such a bad period in our life has not been easy.
