Witness appeal – Information relating to former Scout Leader Jeffrey “Geoff” Howard Tonge

I am seeking any information relating to former Scout Leader Jeffrey Howard Tonge, who was involved with the 3rd South West Leeds Cub and Scout groups in Bramley, Leeds, during the 1970s.

On behalf of my client, I am appealing to anyone who may have relevant information or who may have had contact with Mr Tonge through the group at that time. Any information, no matter how minor it may seem, could assist with our ongoing investigations.
